But I presume it is a complaint...It won' play.<br /><br />But I presume it is a complaint that people on the Terror Watch List and No-Fly List can buy firearms. If that is the case, then consider that whether you like it or not, firearms ownership is a constitutionally protected right. The Terror Watch and No-Fly Lists are completely opaque, with no right to appeal.<br /><br />The government wants it that way, for if those Lists were to impact a constitutionally protected right, then people would have a right to appeal designation and the government would have to show how it administers those lists.
