Except I choose to save my hate for President Dick (and I do mean dick) Cheney.  That he even dared to open his mouth over the current mess in Iraq caused by his policies, as recounted by Robert Fisk at The London Independent,  just makes me puke because don't think you'll find any mention of oil at Jr's museum.

This ragtag Islamic army conquering Iraq rose form those failed policies plus funding by the Saudis, and when you write "the Saudis" we really mean the autocratic-murdering-ass-backwards royal damn family which fund the virulently strict Wahhabi sect of Muslims, kind of reminds of Pat Robertson and his hate speech the .morning after an ether and crack bender with male prostitutes.

Affidavits and of cancelled checks suggest that Saudi Arabian Defense Minister Prince Sultan bin Abdul Aziz and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia have funneled millions of dollars to assorted Islamic charities that U.S. officials and others suspect have covertly financed the operations of al Qaeda and other international terrorist groups.

These Wahhabi's have neither respect nor tolerance for the main Sunni branch of Islam, destroying even their shrines and mosques.  Also, let's not forget that Al Qaeda has proclaimed the Wahhabi inspired ISIS as too extreme for Al Qaeda.  Let's let that phrase role around in our brains and rest upon our lips, TOO extreme for al Qaeda.  

Kind of boggles the brain, don't it?  Nevertheless, Jr's museum will display his shitty paintings but no inkling he feels responsible for hundreds of thousands of deaths and countless wounds.

More Reasons Obama Better Than Bush

11. Actually learned something in graduate, i.e. law school. Appears to understand the basic principles of our form of government. Compare to Bush who, apparently, learned in business school how to destroy an economy.

12. Thinks knowledge is useful rather than Bush who thinks ignorance is funny.

13. Knows the importance of acknowledging a mistake and correcting it versus Bush, who looked for the missing WMD under the lectern. With Obama, course corrections are possible.

14. His father was from another country. Bush's mother is from another planet.

15. Got elected without resorting to campaign workers and his own brother throwing the recount.

16. Actually did useful work before public office.

17. Has a wife who supports him because he's right, not because he is "the husband."

18. Accepts the consequences of his own actions rather than letting the next guy take the fall.

19. Knows that there is more than one branch of Islam.

NASA Outsourcing Space Travel to Russia

"Dismantling of the shuttle program is right on track." Replacement not so much.

Unfortunately with a clueles Cheney administration, NASA has no replacement ready and needs a waiver to law to buy Russian launch vehicles, [A little-known law intended to prevent the sale of nuclear technology to Iran would also bar NASA from buying Russian Soyuz spacecraft after 2011..."

"It takes 36 months to fulfill an order," said Yevgeny Khorishko, the Russian Embassy spokesman in Washington. "So if U.S. Congress does not grant a waiver by the end of September, it means your astronauts in 2012 will be preparing for their missions on the ground and will not be flying."](emphasis added)

So after 50 years of NASA exploring space and making Americans proud, Pres. Cheney has reduced the US to paying Russia for reaching orbit.

One can argue the US space shuttle program has become broken beyond repair and requires replacing, basically because it got built for unrealistic aims: building a totally reuseable spacecraft.

So what does NASA do to replace the shuttle? Retire it before any US made alternative becomes ready and try to privatize US space travel.

This administration tried privatizing US space travel..

So while jobs at NASA and contractors get cut, taxpayers pay millions of $ to private companies to try to develop spacecraft, including 1 company, SpaceX that built a rocket that "fizzled" on the third test rather than reach orbit.

At least that company, Space X, launched and failed. Planet Space hasn't actually built a damn thing.

Let's lay it out: Tried to privatize US space flight.

Failed.

For those too young too remember, the space race with Russia became one of the dominant themes in the 60's and 70's, not just for the US but the civilized world.
