Governor Dick Scott; Just like Mother Teresa, only betterer

Who knew famed Wonkette blog of renown has a section on Florida follies?  Why didn't anyone tell me?

Because it came as quite a surprise to me Mr. so-called Guv Scott received an award for his stewardship of the environment in Florida--an award given by a board filled with appointees of Dick Scott.

Oh yes, Rick Scott, who has opened state parks to cattle ranchers, slashed the state’s environmental enforcement to the bone, and forbid state officials from even mouthing the words “climate change,” an utterance which angers the Good Lord (by which we mean the Kochs). Could you think of any better candidate for a Friend of the Environment award?
