Good Golly Miss Dolly; Centenarian Dances W/ Four Scantily Clad Polynesian Dancers

[For Dolly Griffin's birthday, four scantily clad Polynesian dancers gyrated their hips, wowing the dining room crowd with their hula-style moves.

The Monday afternoon party was, for the centenarian, one of the best birthday presents she could ask for -- and she's hoping for many more.

``I don't feel 100 years old,'' said Griffin, her piercing blue-eyes aglow, ``and hopefully I don't look it.''

In a room accented by pink, yellow and green streamers, Griffin was joined by about 30 residents, staff members and friends at Jackson Memorial Hospital's Long Term Care Center, which she now calls home.

The residents, many of them in wheelchairs, enjoyed the show.

``You asked for male dancers, ladies?'' asked Roni Komie, the center's recreation therapy supervisor. ``Well, here they are.'']
