Do you want to know where the jobs are, people? They lie under and next to our city streets, where 100 year old pipes and water mains carry the lifeblood of civilization. Just do the google on "water main break" and see how our society crunbles from the inside.
Every category scored by the Society requires capital investments by governments and could get addressed if the Republican'ts in Congressexcept for the fact they conspire to obstruct every constructive goal of the Obama administration. Some might call that treason but not me, I'm the reasonable one.
